Full Return Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only
  • Orders may be returned by mail
  • Orders may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving, with proof of purchase.

What We Don't Refund

  • Shipping costs (unless the product was damaged or incorrect)
  • Products returned after the 7-day window
  • Items not in original condition
  • Claims for missing items made after 48 hours

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@saltoff.com.au within 7 days of receiving your product.

If 7 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns Process & Refunds

Once you have submitted your return request online, you will receive a Return Authorisation email containing a pre-paid express returns label from Australia Post (issued by our partner APG).

Drop off your return at a Post Office, Self-Service Kiosk or an approved Postal Provider within 14 days from receiving your return authorisation. Find your nearest drop off point here.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to your original payment method.

Please note this process can take up to 1-3 business days.

Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Return to sender / undeliverable parcels

Occasionally parcels are returned to our warehouse and marked as ‘Return to Sender’ meaning the parcel could not be delivered for one of the below reasons:

  • The recipient no longer lives at the provided Postal Address.
  • The recipient does not collect their parcel from the Post Office in time (within 10 business days)
  • The incorrect Postal Address was provided to us.

Salt Off is charged a RTS cost of A$12 (plus any applicable reweigh or other surcharges) per parcel by Australia Post and Courier Companies.

If we receive a RTS, we will contact you within 5 business days to confirm the shipping address. A re-shipping fee of $12 (plus any applicable reweigh or other surcharges) will apply before the item is re-sent.

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not the exact product you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at hello@saltoff.com.au
  2. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
  3. In some cases, we may ask that the damaged item be returned to us so we can lodge an insurance claim—at no cost to you.
Missing Items

If you receive your order and notice any items are missing:

  1. Contact us immediately at hello@saltoff.com.au
  2. Provide photos of the packaging and items received.
  3. Claims made after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
Terms and conditions

Return claims for faulty, incorrect, or damaged goods must be submitted within the stated timeframes and will be assessed in accordance with the ACL.

In some circumstances, we may request that additional information be provided, including personal information, for verification purposes. Saltoff practices relating to collection, use, and sharing of such personal information are further detailed in our PRIVACY POLICY
